Spell It Infinity is made by a very small team, and the same people who build it read the support mail. There is no phone queue and no ticket number: you write, a person answers.
Email us
Write to spellitsupport@codefromhome.com about anything at all. It helps enormously if you can say:
- what you were doing, and what happened instead
- which device and which app version: tap the Spell It Infinity logo at the top of the screen to open About, which shows something like v1.0.0 · a1b2c3d and lets you copy it
- the name of the board, if it happened on one
We read everything. We answer as quickly as a small team can, and we will tell you honestly if something is going to take a while or if we cannot fix it.
Report a problem from inside the game
This is the quickest route, because the report arrives with the details already attached and nobody has to ask you for them.
- On a board: Report an issue, which also carries the board along so we can look at the exact game.
- Anywhere else: tap the logo at the top to open About, then Report a problem.
A screenshot helps more than any description. You do not need an account to send one.
Things people ask
A real word was not accepted. Tell us the word and we will look. The word list is large but not infinite, and it is missing things. Reports are how it gets better, so please do send them.
The sign-in code has not arrived. The email carries a six digit code and a link, and either one works. Check the spam folder first. Codes last fifteen minutes, and asking for a new one replaces the old one, so use the most recent email.
My games are not here. Games follow the account, not the device, so sign in the same way you did before: the same Apple, Google, Microsoft, or email address. If you played as a guest and then made an account, that progress comes with you.
I want to play without an account. You can. Pass and play needs no account and no connection, and everyone takes a turn on the same phone.
I want my account gone. See deleting your account, which explains what is removed and what is kept.
Safety
If another player is behaving badly, report them from the board or from their profile, or write to us directly. Safety reports are read first, on the same day where we possibly can.
